BöttcherTop 4800

Unique EPDM surface rubber formulated to perform with all energy curable ink systems. Resistant to swelling from polar solvents found in UV and hybrid inks and washes. High compressibility makes the BöttcherTop 4800 a very smash resistant blanket. This compressibility compensates for mechanical deficiencies of press, reducing or eliminating streaks. Micro-ground and polished surface results in sharp well defined dots and dense clean solids. Handles a wide range or substrates (paper, carton, metal, plastic). Stable carcass reduces the need to overpack or repack. Quick release reduces piling.
