Hydrophilic face rubber reduces piling, is easy to wash-up and provides high coating transfer. Resistant to swelling from polar solvents found in UV coatings and washes while still compatible with all aqueous coatings and washes. Micro-ground and polished surface ensures tight gauge tolerance and homogenous coating transfer. Stripping layer technology is glue free. Stripping is quick and easy. No stencil delamination caused by coatings or washes. High stability polyester carrier. No gauge loss. No mis-registration at makeready or during run. Deep stencil reduces coating build-up in non-coating areas. Also available in a special thickness for KBA presses known as BöttcherTop 1003.
