BöttcherFount S-3002 is an acid fountain solution concentrate designed for sheetfed and small web offset presses where extra plate protection is desirable. BöttcherFount S-3002 is a highly buffered product designed to be environmentally friendly. This wide latitude product is also recommended to control the calcium deposits on blankets and ink rollers caused by modern alkaline recycled paper. S-3002 is ideally suited for use with soy-based inks. This product contains very effective plate desensitizers and preservers.
