Böttcherin Offset UV is suitable for both manual cleaning and for use in automatic washing systems (brush roller). Böttcherin Offset UV can be used to clean UV, EB and hybrid inks. Compatible with UV (EPDM), Conventional (NBR) and Chameleon rollers. Böttcherin Offset UV is approved by the manufacturers MAN, Heidelberg, Komori and Mitsubishi for use in their machines. Approved for use with Heidelberg InstantStart UV System. FOGRA certified. Flashpoint 180°F (82°C).

Böttcherin UV-60 S is suitable for both manual cleaning and use in automatic washing systems to remove UV inks. Böttcherin UV-60 S is approved by the manufacturers Baldwin and KBA-Planeta for use in their equipment. Flashpoint 158(70°C).

Böttcherin Hybrid

Böttcherin Hybrid is a roller and blanket wash for web and sheetfed presses. It is suitable for both manual cleaning and use in automatic washing systems, if printing with hybrid (a mix of UV and conventional ink) or conventional inks. Not suitable for use in EPDM (dedicated UV) rollers. Flashpoint 130°C. Meets SCAQMD Rule 1171 requirements for January 1, 2008. Low VOC 50 gm/l, USEPA Method 24.

Roller and Blanket Wash for Presses Printing with Both UV and Conventional Inks
Böttcherin Combi is a premium roller and blanket wash for use on web and sheetfed presses, which print both UV and conventional inks. Can be used for manual cleaning or can be used in automatic systems. Böttcherin Combi may also be sued for cleaning hybrid inks. Not suitable for use in EPDM (dedicated UV) rollers. Flashpoint >65°C.
