Böttcherin Aquasol
Wash for Water-Based Flexographic Printing Inks and Varnishes
Böttcherin Aquasol can be used in both flexographic and sheetfed printing applications. In flexographic printing, it is suitable for both manual cleaning and for use in automatic washing systems for anilox rollers, inks pumps and chambered doctor blade systems. In sheetfed printing, Böttcherin Aquasol can also be used for anilox rollers and chambered doctor blade systems to remove water-based varnishes.

Use BöttcherPro AR to deep clean rollers and blankets. BöttcherPro AR is ideal to speed-up color changes. It can be used for manual cleaning as well as for cleaning with automatic roller wash systems. BöttcherPro AR can also be used as a general purpose pressroom cleaner. Cleaning Cloth for Automatic Blanket Cleaners
BöttcherTex Optima is a nonwoven textile cleaning cloth for all cloth-style automatic blanket cleaning units. It has high tensile strength and high absorbency that equals or exceeds the current market leader. Its thinner material allows for more linear yards per roll, resulting in fewer roll changes which allows for as many as 50% more wash cycles per roll. BöttcherTex Optima requires up to 22% less solvent and removes up to 30% more dirt than the traditional market leading cloth per independent testing performed by FOGRA.
BÖttcherTex Optima is available for Baldwin, Elettra, KBA, Heidelberg and other cloth-style automatic blanket cleaners. It is available as press ready mini rolls or as "roll your own" maxi rolls for all popular press sizes and applications. Upon request, custom sized rolls can be manufactured to customer's specifications.
